Hello fellow hot sauce lovers! It's about time we started this, huh?
Big Rich here, and I want to share not only our favorite recipes featured on Cooking with Big Rich, but some customer favorites, and my favorite local restaurant reviews. You know, basically everything food related for your taste buds.
I'm starting out today with our latest episode of Cooking with Big Rich. If you haven't checked it out yet, be sure to watch! You can run to the store and grab the ingredients in time to impress your Valentine's Day date with this simple, delicious meal. A romantic, easy to prepare meal, it's a win-win!

What you need:
1 package tri color tortellini
2 lobster tails
Shrimp
Butter
Big Rich's White Garlic flavored Sauce
Let's get started:
1. Bring water to a boil and pour bag of tortellini in 2. Tortellini is done when it has floated to the top 3. Cut down the center of the lobster tail to open it up, and the tails of the shrimp 4. Sautee butter and olive oil in a pan 5. Add the lobster tails, tossing and pouring the butter over them 6. Add the shrimp, tossing and pouring the butter over all 7. When tortellini is done, drain it 8. Add the tortellini to the shrimp and lobster tails 9. Add Big Rich's White Garlic Sauce and serve
