Cooking With Big Rich - Smoked Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Meatloaf - a family classic. Except this time we've cranked it up 20 notches. LOADED with flavor, this is not your ordinary meatloaf! Slow smoked, with some Big Rich's flavor and wrapped in bacon to keep it extra juicy. This may be your favorite recipe yet - try it and find out!

In our latest episode of Cooking with Big Rich we're serving up smoked bacon wrapped meatloaf! Now this one may take a bit longer to cook, but we promise it's worth the wait. Prepare your own sides and serve it up to the whole family!

What you need:

2.5-3 lbs ground beef

2 Cups Parmesan Cheese

2 Cups Bread Crumbs

1 Medium Onion, chopped

1 teaspoon minced Garlic

2 Eggs


Salt and Pepper

Big Rich's Spicy White Garlic Sauce

Big Rich's Texas Style Spice Rub

Big Rich's BBQ Sauce


1. Mix the meat with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl

2. Mold into a loaf form

3. Cover with slices of bacon and tuck under

4. Add the Big Rich's Texas Style Rub on top

5. Smoke at 275 degrees for 2 hours

6. Serve with potatoes and corn or your favorite sides

7. Enjoy!
